Pressure vessel used nickel alloy steel plate SA203 Grade E,A203 Grade E,SA 203 Grade F and A203 Grade F are under steel specification ASTM A 203/A 203M and ASME SA 203/SA 203M.For pressure vessel steel plate A203 Grade E,the heat treatment shall be done as Normalized,when customers accept,tempering last more than half an hour is also Ok when rolling.For steel grade SA203 Grade F plate,the heat treatment shall be done under Quenching and Tempering.

Considering suppling better quality and steel properity of Alloy steel SA203 Grade E and SA203 Grade F,these additional technical requirements which our engineers suggest the end users choose,such as low temperature impacting test,DWTT,High tension test,Ultrasonic examination and other special requirements from customers.
