products covered by this standard shall be supplied in the quenched and tempered delivery condition.Pressure vessel steel 

plate P500Q belongs to the basic series steel which has to be done minus 20 centi degree low temperature impacting test,

and boiler steel plate P500QH belongs to steel series with elevated temperature properties,besides the low temperature 

impacting test,high tensile test is also necessary.
