Pressure vessel steel plate P420M and steel sheet P420ML1 are both owned the minimum yield strength at 420 Mpa for the 

plates thickness belows 16mm.When production these boiler steel plates P420ML1 and P420M,the heat treatment shall be 

done under Thermomechanically rolled.Low temperature impacting test for steel grade P420M shall be done at minus 20 

centi degree,and low temperature impacting test for steel grade P420ML1 shall be done under 40 centi degree.
